Uhh, What a day!!

I can't seem to stop grinning since last nite. You know why? I was on a date yesterday. A HOT date.. with someone I like. Hehehe.. It was unplanned actually. Honestly, I was thinking of not pursuing him anymore as he was a bit unresponsive. But lately, he kinda back to normal but then, I didn't put any hope in that.

Anyhow, last Tues, I got a call from Era.fm that I won 2 free tickets. I was so excited and I terus la give a call to my close friend, farid, asking her to go with me. At first she was sooo excited to go with me, until she gave me an insane idea (which I felt a absurd but I likeeee.. hehehe) - she told me to ask Mr J to go with me instead. I gave a no no answer coz I think Mr J wouldn't want to go. But then, after being pujuk by Farid (thanks dear for giving me that ridiculous idea - which I Likeeeeee), I pulled all my guts and asked him (via sms of course! malu lerr).. and you know what??? he said YES!!!!!!.. I was soo sooo ohh surprised with his answers! So there was it, my first movie date with Mr J - On 28/09/05 - Wednesday.

So, on that day, all my friends wished me good luck. Seriously, I need all the good luck in the world!!! hehehe.. I choosed a nice kebaya today coz I wanted to look good (and I did look good last nite.. soo glowing.. that's what all my colleague said yesterday - ermm.. the power of love can do to you.. hehehe)...So, I went to gym first, did some work out to get rid of my nervousness and took my my time to get ready. Around 8 pm, I went to get the ticket and when I got it, it was free seating tickets!!! Mampusssss.. dah la i punya elegant, tengok2 free seating??? cemane nie??? relaks.. relaks. - I kept telling myself. So, I sent sms to him, told him the scenario was like and informed him that I will be in Kino. So, I went to kino, strolling and he still didnt reply my sms. I dah risau, takut he pulled out last min. EEeeiii!! Mana nak letak muka ni kalu dia tak dtg.. mesti i frust nunggeng...

Then.. jeng jeng jeng!!! When I was looking at this book, I saw this guy, sneaking behind my back. As I turned, he was trying to surprise me - Tapi tak jadik lah kan???.. hehehe.. he liked to do that whenever we met. and he was sooooo cuteeeeee.. with his cap, t-shirt and track bottom (I always like him in this style) I smiled at him, and the first thing he said, 'wah! Kebaya.." hehehe.. and he wore sooo simple - T-shirt and track bottom (obviously he was from the gym). He felt that he was under dressed (and I was glad.. hahahaha.. at least he knows now that I am a bergaya jugak, kalau i nak).. and I kept reassuring him that it was ok. Then, we wait together-gether lah.. And I dunno lah, I can sense that he was a bit nervous. I dunno why, it was supposed to be me who has that nervous feeling. But I didn't felt anything. One thing for sure, I kept on smiling je..

When we went it, he was sooo gentleman.. Open the door for me.. hehehe.. so cair laa already.. (alamakk.. control..control).. when we find our seat pun, he let me seat first. I rasalah, I lebih relaks dari dia.. he was really nervous (or bcoz he got unsettled tummy).. kesiannn.. coz during the show, he had to go to gents.. hehehe.. and then I knew he was cold and I offered him my shawl.. but being macho man, i know he wouldn't except my offer punya.. anyway, before the show started, we chat a lil bit.. he told me abt his work, friends, family.. sigh.. I never dream of dating him at movie.. serious..

When the movie ended, he walked me to my car.. it was soo sweet of him.. i didn't ask him, but he went to do it on his own free will.. hehehe.. what ever it is, It was the best nite ever... I can't stop grinning and smilling lah.. how ahhhh???!! hehehe.. :-)

January Low - Under the stars

Have u ever heard about Ramli Ibrahim - Sutra Dance? Well, at first his name is really not familiar with me and then, I heard la about his stuff on indian classical dance. And that's about it. And then, one day, my good friend, Iza asked me whether am I interested to join her to watch Ramli's performance but this one is a performance by his protege - January Low. At first, I was eager coz this is my first time of watching indian classical dance and you all should know how crazy I am with dances. So, I promised her that I would join. But then, down the road, I had a 2nd thoughts of going there due to many reasons - mainly unplanned expenses i.e. Marcell & Glenn in concert.. hehehe.. I told Iza about it and I think I hurt her feelings but in the end, I agreed to go.

So, on the day, I drove to KL coz later we need to go to Ramli's house (where the performance is) at Titiwangsa. As early as 5.15 am I was out to KLCC since I wanted to join morning class at FF. When I arrived at KLCC open carpark near the Masjid, there was no carpark attendant. And I need to use coins in order to enter (for RM3.00 you know!) Stupid isn't it???!! So, I need to make a detour and finally I found a spot and quickly rushed for the class. Luckily I made it on time!

I was actually excited to go to that performance that I bought myself a new set of earing and necklace.. First time I really satisfied with my new accessories.

I agreed to meet Iza at KLCC around 6.30 pm and since that was friday, it will jam like mad. And it was. I went to the gym, changed and did some make up. Well, ppl at the gym was so nice to compliment me.. hehehehehe.. (aaarghh too much nyeeee .. I know..I know.. I am vain.. hehehe.. but cute vain.. not bitchy vain eh..)...

By 6.30 pm, we went to Ramli's house and it was jam all the way. My ankle and knee hurt like hell. Dah la bawa manual.. lagii la sakit. We finally arrived there and the funny thing was, we stucked in the car coz it was raining and we didn't have any umbrella. So we waiting for Iza's friends to arrive in hoping that they would have extra payung.. But too bad, they didnt have extra. So, we rushed to the house and my baju dah ada polkodot.. hehehe.. As we entered, I was shocked! Wow!!!! His house is big.. nice.. so cozy except for all those patung.. Kalau I sorang2 kat dlm rumah tu, mau tak tidur malam. Takuttt.. Anyway, we was greeted by Ramli's housemate - Sivarajah. He was nice and friendly.

The show supposed to be held at the ampitheatre but due to rain, it was held inside. Memang cozy.. and then, the show started and from there on, I dunno how to describe how I felt. Just a simple word.. WOW!!!!!!!.. memang outstanding performance. The movement, Oh my God.. made me want to join her on the stage. She dance fluidly.. her movement flawless..and her body rythm.. sooo excellent.. no wonder she is Ramli's protege.. and she is beautiful. Really, this is not gonna be my last experience with them. I am sure I will join again next show.. In fact, Iza already is planning to check out the next show.. and thanks to her, I experienced this excellent show.. and Iza's friends too - Butik & Yatie for making the nite, FUN!!

Marcell & Glenn in Concert - 18/09/05 - Part 2

It's THE day..... Marcell & Glenn in Concert!!!

Everything went according to my plan. Morning, I completed all my errands and now just waiting for the time to go for concert. Glenn.. Glenn.. Marcell.. Marcell.. I tried to locate my Marcell cd.. Oh my God!! I left it in the office!!! My Glenn cd also not in my CD rack.. ermmmmmmmm... Oh well, let's not think abt cd but clothes that I am going to wear.

It's 5 pm already. It was time to get ready and Iza will meet me at Petronas near my house. I was excited by the time I drove out from my house. I can see Iza beaming at me. Her face was blushed.. hehehe.. maybe she was soo sooo excited. Mana tidaknye, Marcell is her 2nd love of her life after her hubby of course! and this is marcel's first concert in Malaysia. So we went to pick up Farid and she also looked blush.. hehehehe.. Kami satu kereta dah excited and kancil I pun macam tak berapa nak tahan dengan keterujaan kami ber3.

Bile sampai kat level 10, Sunway convention center, it was quiet. There were few counters but overall it was quiet and less activities. Were we that early???? (I guess so... hehehe).. So, kami pun pergilah cari pintu masuk, just to have a look of where we suppose to seat. Since it's too early, we decided to grab our dinner. Half and hour later, we were back at the Door, waiting patiently for the gate to be opened. This is how we looked like - it shows on our lovely face - Excitement!!












At 7.45 pm, they opened the gate and I was the first one to enter and 3 of us cepat2 cari the best standing area. We managed to secure a nice area, right in front and near the stage. Semua muka dah excited. We waited patiently and at 8.45 pm, the concert started with a performance by Hazami, followed by Nina (an Indonesian Singer). And the moment that we've waited for so long, Marcellllll!!!! Oh God!!! He was such a HUNK!!!!! Look at his biceps, body, voice, face, eyes.. Everything about him!!!! He was sooo delicious and as what Niza like to say for any handsome good looking guy, LAZAT!!!!! all of us like shouting, screaming like nobody's business.. Abis dah semua control ayu, now we were like Aahhhhh Ooohhh!!!Marceeeeellllll!!!! Yang best part tu, 3 times I 'raba' Marcell.. hehehehe.. Eh, don't get the wrong idea. 'Raba' means salam.. hehehehe... well, I salam up to his arms.. Can't resist touching his biceps la.. Overall, Marcell was good in interacting with the audience. He actually went down and salam2 with us (mase tu la i me'raba' dia) and also pointed the mic to us.. memang puas hati.





After 10 songs, he ended his performance with Firasat! and I tell u la, previously, I wasn't into Marcell other than his looks but after listening his superb performance that nite, well, I am falling in love with him.. Okay, enough of Marcell, next performer was Dayang Nur Faizah. Ohhh she was sooo sexy.. and her voice memang sedap!!! Especially lagu Erti Hidup.. Memanggggg best.. and the moment that I've been waiting for.. GLENN!!!!!!!











Glenn! Glenn! Glenn!!! I can't believe that I actually was listening to him - Live!!! I love him.. i love his voice.. I love his style.. I love his attitude.. (Even though he was not as flirtatious as Marcell) I still love him.... He delivered his song very well and he shown his talent in playing the instruments!!! Uwaaaa... I memang cintakan dia...Previously, I just enjoy his musics, his song.. Now I LOVE HIM!!!!!!! sayang dia tak berapa nak turun to meet us.. He went down once actually and he was nearly at our area... Kalau la I stretch my arm a lil bit, I would be able to hold his hand.. Malangnye, at that time, he spotted one girl and he actually asked the girl to come up the stage and be his model for his next song!! Can u imagine how lucky she was????? It was supposed to be me!! Me!! Me!!!.. the comforting note was that, he picked up a chubby girl, like me, farid and iza.. sooo it means that, he love chubby girls?????.. hehehehe.. hahaha... I think so lah.. and he is single.. so meaning, he might be looking!! heheheheh... well, he sang Sedih tak berhujung to that girl.. and I tell you la, I cried actually, coz he sang from his heart! You can feel his pain.. his longing.. uwaaaa... i nak glenn lagik.. tak puasssss!!!!

Finally, after 10 songs, he ended the show by asking the rest of performers to join him on stage and they all (actually more like Marcell and Glenn duet song) sang "JUST THE TWO OF US". Memang superb!!!!!! memang brilliant!! I can't wait for their next concert in Malaysia. Seriously, for RM88 we paid, memang worth it!!!..

Sigghhhh... the nite ended brilliantly.. In fact, I can't seem to sleep that nite.. after that kind of performance by both of them.... Glenn...Marcell... Thank you for coming to Malaysia!!!

NIKE Tribe challenge Prelim.

It was a challenge organized by FF and sponsored by Nike. A tribe aka team must be formed and compete with other teams. Their theme are either Bd Jam, Bd Step or Bd Combat. When they first posted the poster, I was like, hey, something interesting. Then, my gym freak buddies started to talk about it and thinking of joining it. The question now, who's going to be the lead instructor. Then, Zed la suggested, our beloved TONY! so, Tony pun jadik lah our instructor. Actually there were lotsa drama about entering the tribe i.e. with Tony so excited to join and acknowledged us (gym freak) as his tribe in his classes without even registering yet, Tony back off from the competition and re-entering the competition.

So, here we are.. formed a tribe on Thurs (8/9/05), submitted the form on Friday (9/9/05), then compete on the following Tues (13/9/05). Gila kan? This is the composition of our tribe

We competed with Peter's tribe for both bd jam and step at Leisure Mall FF. It was a nerve wrecking competition with me a stage fright person. I memang nervous sgt!!! and thanks to our die-hard supporters and also our beloved gym freak buddies, we managed to go to Final!!!!! believe it or not!! Tony was over the moon.. and our group too!! it was a sweetest moment for now. So now, back to sleepless night and endless training for our next competition - FINAL which will be on 08/10/05. Come and join us for support.

Marcell & Glenn in Concert - 18/09/05 - part 1

Can you imagine that???!!! 2 hearthrob from Indonesia will perform in KL on 18/09/05. I can't believe myself actually when I first came across an article in URTV. Tapi mase tu, langsung takda tulis details mengenai that concert, just the date and the place. I pun dengan kelam kelibut pergi la mencari2 info pasal konsert but hampa. I was nearly gave up until I talked to Zaini (thanks to him, I managed to track the source) and he informed me that there was special appearance by Marcell and Glenn at Tower records KLCC last Friday (09/09/05). I was sooo sooooooooooooooooooo excited and I can't contain my excitement and terus tercari the nearest tower records to get some information. Luckily my dearest nizar and the tribe geng wanted to go Lot 10 to do some survey on our pre lim attire for Tribe challenge. And there it was. The poster!!!! mase I nampak je, I terus berlari mencari2 kaunter. I didn't give a damn what ppl would think about me coz I want to get the tickets je.

When I was at the counter, the cashier was already smiling at me coz he knew why I was sooo soo eager. I was out of breath when I asked and he was such a dear, terus je explain. Mase tu, i cepat2 la buat phone calls to 2 of my close friends (Farid n Iza - die hard Marcell's fans). Once I got greenlight from both of them, I terus purchased 3 tickets - standing - RM88/ticket. Malangnye... cannot use credit card!!!! arghhhh!!!!! geramnyeeeee... it's their policy with regards to this concert only. Stupid kan?>???? And I was already late for my training at leisure mall so I didn;t have time to withdraw some cash. Dengan muka kesian, I was actually pleading to the cashier and asked him to keep the ticket till 8 pm and I will make sure I will come back to the shop.

So, I went to leisure mall and did my training with marcell & glenn's tickets on my mind. Uwaaaaa... sob...sob.. so, right after the training, I quickly changed and went back to the shop. When I arrived there, he (cashier) just smiled at me and told me that the tickets are saved with him. Alhamdullillah!!!! I was beaming when I paid and got the ticket. Can't wait to see them in concert!!! Finally, I will meet my beloved Glenn!!!! and Gorgeous Marcell!!!

The best Merdeka Day, EVER!

31st August 2005 - Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka! This is the 48th merdeka year for Malaysia. There were many activities going on here since the Merdeka nite till merdeka Day itself. We, (The gym freak) also included. We have our own activity, which is a makan-makan session (again) but now it is at our beautiful and vogue Mama Bear, Rose. I was away to KK for almost a week so I didn't see them much. I missed them a lot when I was in KK, miss the nice and juicy gossips, work out and also the happening activities. I was really looking for the lunch gathering with them and it is a pot luck thingy. Rose has came up with a list of food for each of us to bring. As for me, I will bring a kelantanese dish, Gulai Kawah Daging. This is my first time cooking this dish so, hopefully it will turn out okay.

So, early in the morning, I dah bangun nak ke pasar to buy the daging and also apple.. Oh yes, I also will bake apple crumble since my dearest sister, Farid wants to eat that. I started cooking at around 10 am and till 12.30 pm, my apple crumble and gulai daging still not properly cook. I dah panicked coz I promised farid n fiza that I will fetch them at around 1.20 pm. Luckily by 1.15 pm, everything was done. Masalahnye, tuan punya badan pulak tak siap. Kelam kabut lah I at that time and mase nak masuk ke kereta, terkantoi pulak ngan adik I yang paling banyak bisa mulutnye. Nak tak nak, kena lah tukar baju yang agak sopan sket.. hehehe..

The journey to Rose house was fun coz it's been a while for us to be together in a car (me, farid n fiza). So there were soo many things we talked about, from fiza's love story to tony's story.. Banyaknye perkara terjadi when I was away. Sedar tak sedar, we have arrived at the Sunway Semenyih Exit. When we turned into that housing estate, we were like, wowwwww... it was like entering into another city coz all the way to Rose house, it was all pokok2 je.. and tetiba, jeng jeng jeng... kawasan perumahan yang exclusive. I dunno lah how many guard houses around there, which shown how exclusive the housing estate is.

When we arrived at Rose's house, everybody was waiting for us. Mana taknye, lauk yang berkuah tu I yang prepare and also, selagi tak cukup korum, mana boleh nak mula melantak kan? Masa we all melangkah masuk, we were so impressed with Rose's garden. I ni bukannye tau nak describe, just look for yourself. It was like entering a show house. (Gambar akan dimasukkan kemudian)

Then, tibalah acara nak melantak. Well, before that, semua pakat2 sebok kat dapur. Banyak betul Rose import 'bibik' dari obersee nie.. It was fun looking at how co-operative they are. So helpful and energitic in ensuring the lucheon smooth running. So, it was time of indulging ourselves in sinfully delicious lunch.. And suddenly, it was so quite. Ye lah, semua mulut penuh and kebulur. Mana ada time nak chit chat. Semua attacked the food like pirahna. Hehehe. Rose yang memang terkenal makan sejemput pun tambah jugak. Orang2 lain tu toksah nak cakap lah. Oh well, it was a delicious, so all of us cannot stop ourselves for second helping. Hehehe..

Of course, our lunch didn't end there. Later, our stomach had to enjoy varities of desserts. Ohhhhh..ohhhh.. ohhhh... memang lepas ni, sorang2 kena buat intensive training. Just look at the picture, there's no way one bd step class can get rid of all the sugars we ate due to sinfully delicious desserts. Memang best.. best of the bestessssttt!!!!

So, to conclude our happening merdeka day, all of us went to the club house near rose's house and had our blast time at the pool. Well, I had my monthly flow so I cannot join them in the pool. Sayaaaannggg... so I ended up chatting beside the pool and also try some of the things at the playground. Macam2 lah they all pose kat dlm swimming pool tu, macam kanak2 riang ribena tua je.. hehehe..

What a fabulous way to celebrate our 48th merdeka day this year. If I can rewind the time, I would for this is the best of the bestesssttt merdeka celebration I had in my entire life! Thanks guys. I love you all, my gym freak buddies!!!
